Woman tests positive for coronavirus in Kapan



KATHMANDU: A young woman of Budhanilkantha 12, Kapan Kathmandu has tested positive in the recent coronavirus test.

A 25-year-old woman working in a furniture factory at Tenzing Chowk, Kapan, was sent to Patan Hospital after she tested positive for coronavirus.

According to Uddav Prasad Kharel, Mayor of Budhanilkantha Municipality, all four workers of the furniture factory had undergone the tests after the municipality received the notice about their recent arrival to Kathmandu from the Terai.

Kharel confirmed that the young woman who tested positive has been sent to Patan Hospital for further treatment.
