COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,158 in Italy; 349 die in a single day



KATHMANDU: The death toll from coronavirus has reached 2,158 in Italy after 349 people died in a single day.

Over 27,890 have been infected with the novel virus. According to BBC, the condition of 1,851 out of 23,073 undergoing treatment for coronavirus is critical.

Likewise, 2,749 people have returned home after treatment.

Meanwhile, the Italy government has urged all its citizens not to come out of the houses after the coronavirus went pandemic in the country.
