Province 1 records 47 new cases, 223 discharged

BIRATNAGAR: A total of 47 coronavirus cases have been reported in Province 1 and 223 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours.

Of the 467 PCR tests, 24 women and 23 men have tested positive.

According to the Ministry of Social Development, there are 19 new cases in Morang, 15 in Jhapa, 11 in Sunsari, 1 each outside Sankhuwasabha, and Province 1.

The number of coronavirus cases in Province 1 has reached 29,187 so far, according to the ministry.

A total of 24,246 have been recovered in Province 1 so far.
