400,000 immigrants in the US to be deported; Nepalis to be affected

WASHINGTON: The US Federal Court has advocated the Trump administration’s decision to deport illegal migrants.

According to Federal Court ruling, legal status has been void with the Sudan and Haiti migrants widely affected.

The federal court decision has also affected the migrants of the war torn and natural disaster hit countries, international media reports have said.

The Trump administration also challenges the 1990 Temporary protected Status (TPS).

According to the decision, the legal status of around 400,000 immigrants will be terminated leaving them helpless on the shores.
