Indian PM Modi emphasizes strengthening India-Nepal ties

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has emphasized the need of further strengthening India-Nepal ties, based on the shared culture and history between the two countries.

Thanking Prime Minister KP Oli for extending birthday wishes on his 70th birthday, PM Modi tweeted to extend his appreciation toward PM Oli.

Earlier today, PM KP Oli had extended greetings to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the occasion of the latter’s 70th birthday.

Posting a twitter message, Prime Minister Oli wished the Indian Prime Minister good health and happiness on the auspicious occasion of Modi’s birthday.

“I would like to extend warm greetings and wish you good health and happiness on your birthday.” We will continue to work closely together towards strengthening relations between the two countries,” tweeted Oli.
