KATHMANDU: A total of 6,12,360 units bonus shares or Rs. 6,12,36,000 of the IME General Insurance Limited (GIL) have been listed in NEPSE for trading.
It may be noted that the 22nd Annual General Meeting on March 7 had proposed 6 percent of the existing paid-up capital as bonus shares and a cash dividend of Rs 32.22 lakh for tax purposes.
