COVID-19: India records 414 deaths so far



NEW DELHI: India has recorded a total of 12,380 confirmed coronavirus cases with death toll at 414 so far, according to the latest Health Ministry data.

Indian media reports have said that there are 10,477 active cases in the country. A total of 1,488 people have been cured or discharged, said the Health Ministry on Thursday morning.

The nationwide lockdown in India has been extended till May 3.

In India, the state of Maharashtra has the highest number of cases. Some 3,000 people in Maharashtra have been infected. Delhi has reported over 1,500 cases.
