NC parliamentary party meeting tomorrow

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) parliamentary party meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow in Singha Durbar at 1:30 pm.

The meeting is said to discuss the stalled House of Representatives’ meeting for long owing to the dispute seen in picking the House Speaker.

NC parliamentary party chief whip Bal Krishna Khand informed that the meeting will hold discussions on the role of the main opposition party to press for convening the parliament meeting at the earliest.

Khand also said that the executive, judiciary and the legislature have failed to play effective roles.
