War on terror will continue, Indian CDS Gen Bipin Rawat



NEW DELHI: India’s Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat has said that the war on terror has not ended.

He said the roots of terrorism need to be understood in order to put an end to it, Indian media reports have said.

Speaking at a program Delhi on Thursday, General Bipin Rawat said that the war terror is not ending. “It will continue, and we will have to live with it.” that

General Rawat called for the international isolation of Pakistan.

He added that it is high time that everyone brought an end to terrorism which he said can happen the way Americans started after the 9/11 terror attack.

Everyone needs to isolate the terrorists, and a country that is sponsoring terrorism has to be taken to task, he said. (Agencies)
