Bomb planted on Lalita Niwas premises defused



KATHMANDU: A bomb planted at Lalita Niwas in Baluwatar by the outlawed Biplav Outfit has been defused.

The bomb had been kept at Lalita Niwas by a cadre of outlawed Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav).

The bomb was defused at 11 pm yesterday.

The Biplav group had kept the bomb in the land belonging to Lalita Niwas near the residence of Chief Justice. The NA team also recovered a flyer which claimed that the land had been captured.
