Kathmandu Valley records 391 fresh coronavirus cases



KATHMANDU: As many as 391 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 298 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 20 in Bhaktapur, and 77 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 736 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,50,916 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 9,757 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 847 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,38,569 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 13 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths 1,743.
