Balgopaleshwor Temple being opened today after five years



KATHMANDU: Balgopaleshwor Temple located in the middle of Ranipokhari will remain open for general public today after a hiatus of five years.

Damaged by the 2015 mega earthquake, the temple has been reconstructed and is being opened from today on the occasion of Bhai Tika.

The temple opened only once a year on Bhai Tika.  People who do not have sisters go to this temple, perform puja and receive tiaka.
