Nepali footballer Rajesh to play from Indian Club



KATHMANDU: Nepal’s national football team player Rajesh Pariyar has signed a contract with the Indian Club of Ahmadabad to play in India’s ‘B’ Division I League from this week.

According to Pariyar, he is going to India on Thursday to play from Ahmadabad’s club in a B Division League there.

One of the key members of Nepal’s SAG winning team, Pariyar is a product of All Nepal Football Federation (ANFA) Academy.

He had played in the ‘A’ division league from New Road Team (NRT) last year.

Prior to this, Abhishek Rijal, another footballer from Nepal had signed in an Indian Club.
