COVID-19 infected persons in Kathmandu Metropolis (with list)



KATHMANDU: Coronavirus infection has surge in the Kathmandu Valley in the past few weeks.

The number of infected cases is on rise after the government has decided to ease the lockdown from July 21. Infection has been spreading rapidly since July 30 across the country.

Similarly, a total of 754 persons in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City have been infected from the pandemic virus so far. Likewise, four persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in Kathmandu so far.

The public health department of the metropolis, however, has statistics of only 658 people.

According to the details kept by the metropolis, ward no 4 has seen the most number of infected ones.

The number of infected people in ward number four is high due to the positive cases from the test conducted by the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).
