249 return home from quarantine facilities in Jumla



JUMLA: A total of 249 people who were staying in different quarantine facilities have returned home today.

They were the new entrants to the district from India and the third countries and were quarantined owing to the threat of the COVID-19 outbreak.

According to Chief District Officer Bhupendra Thapa, they returned home after their lab tests came negative for COVID-19. He added that they were kept in different eight quarantine facilities in the district.

It is stated that 800-bed quarantines were prepared in eight local levels. Similarly, 528 individuals are still quarantined at the local levels. RSS
