One suspected case of coronavirus in Jhapa brought to Kathmandu



BIRTAMOD: A suspected case of coronavirus in the Jhapa district has been sent to Kathmandu for medical checkup and confirmation.

A male from Jhapa’s Bhadrapur visited the Biratnagar-based Nobel Medical Hospital with complaints of fever.

As the hospital referred him to Kathmandu after an initial medical check-up, Chief District Officer Uday Bahadur Rana informed that the person might have infected by the COVID-19.

The person has been taken to the Tokha-based Grande International Hospital in Kathmandu.
