Nemwang meets Prachanda amid dispute on Ordinance

KATHMANDU: Soon after the government brought the Constitutional Council Amendment Ordinance, leader of ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Subash Chandra Nemwang held talks with NCP Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”.

Nemwang had reached Prachanda’s residence in Khumaltar after meeting with Prime Minister KP Oli at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

“He (Prachanda) called me to his residence to be clear on the issue of Ordinance,” Nemwang said, adding, “Therefore, I went to Khumaltar.”

According to him, they discussed the Ordinance in detail along with other contemporary political issues.
