Septuagenarian dies of coronavirus at Lumbini  Provincial Hospital

BUTWAL:  A 72-year-old woman has died from coronavirus in the course of treatment at Lumbini  Provincial Hospital.

The septuagenarian succumbed to the virus at 7:30 pm on Monday, informed Dr Bishnu Gautam, the spokesperson for the hospital.

Originally from Butwal Sub Metropolitan City-11, the patient, who had been admitted to the hospital, was being treated on ventilator.

Earlier, three people including two from Shivaraj municipality and one from Siddharthanagar had died in the course of treatment in Rupandehi on Monday.
