COVID-19: Five new cases confirmed in Kathmandu Valley

KATHMANDU: Five more people have been infected with coronavirus in Kathmandu Valley on Monday.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that four people in Kathmandu and one person in Lalitpur have contracted coronavirus.

According to the ministry, one man was confirmed to be infected with the coronavirus in a test at the laboratory of Dhulikhel Hospital and another man in a test at the Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Diseases Hospital in Teku.

Similarly, one woman from Lalitpur and two women from Kathmandu tested positive for coronavirus in a test at the laboratory of Patan Hospital, Spokesperson Jageshwor Gautam said.
