110 new COVID-19 cases in Karnali Province



KATHMANDU: A total of 110 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Karnali Province in the last 24 hours.

Through a press release on Monday, the Health Services Division of the Ministry of Social Development stated that 91 new cases in Dailekh and 19 in Surkhet have been reported.

A test conducted at the Province Hospital Surkhet and the Avian Disease Investigation Laboratory Surkhet confirmed infection in 107 people and test at Karnali Institute of Health Sciences, Jumla confirmed the infection in three people.

The newly-infected are men between the ages of two to 54, and five women in the age group of 21 to 23.

With this, total COVID-19 cases in the Province have reached 1,077.
