Health Ministry limits Nepal’s COVID-19 cases to 245

KATHMANDU: The number of infection cases from Coronavirus has been rectified to 245 in Nepal.

Issuing a press note the Ministry of Health and  Population has informed that the total number of people infected with COVID-19 so far is 245.

Earlier it had reported five more cases taking the tally to 250. It has in the press note said that the same cases already diagnosed with the novel virus were repeated due to technical problem.

With this, the number of infection cases from Coronavirus in the country has climbed to 245 after two more cases were reported on Thursday morning.

The infection cases from Coronavirus had reached 243 in Nepal on Wednesday after 24 more persons diagnosed with the novel virus in a single day.

Twelve among those infected were from Rupandehi, eight from Kapilvastu, three from Parsa and one from Nawalparasi. They were 20 men and four women ranging from four years to 74 years old.
