NC will get new leadership thru 14th general convention: Koirala



BIRATNAGAR: General Secretary of Nepali Congress (NC) Shashanka Koirala has said that the party will get a new leadership through the upcoming 14th general convention.

Talking to journalists in Biratnagar on Monday morning, Koirala said the upcoming general convention will elect a new leadership of the party.

Meanwhile, he ruled out the possibility of holding the party’s 14th general convention in February saying that voters’ list has not been prepared so far.

He further said that the general convention should not be postponed time and again in the pretext of COVID-19.

NC has scheduled its 14th general convention on February 19-22.
