Nepali migrant worker dies of COVID-19 in Malaysia



DOHA: A Nepali migrant worker has died from coronavirus in Malaysia.

The deceased has been identified as Narayan Chaudhari of Nawalparasi who had been working as a security guard at Top Glove Company based in Klang Meru in Malaysia.

Chaudhari who had been working at the company since the last two years was hospitalized on November 21 after he complained of fever, dry cough and respiratory complications succumbed to the virus on Saturday.

The Malaysia government has sealed many factories of the company after more than 2,500 workers of the company were infected with coronavirus, local media reports said.
