Province-1 records 445 fresh cases

142 discharged after recovery today



BIRATNAGAR: Province-1 reported 445 fresh cases of coronavirus pandemic on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry of Social Development of Province-1, the province saw 197 cases in Sunsari, 185 in Morang, 46 in Jhapa, 6 in Udayapur, one each in Dhankuta and Ilam and nine more outside the province.

With this, the number of coronavirus pandemic cases in the province has reached 11,615 today.

The Ministry also informed that 142 people have been discharged after recovery on Wednesday.

The number of discharged people in the province has reached 5,015 till date.
