Banke sees 29 fresh cases of coronavirus on Monday

NEPALGUNJ: 29 more cases of coronavirus are added to Banke’s case tally on Monday.

According to District Health Office, Banke, the district witnessed 7 cases in Khajura, 7 cases in Kohalpur and 15 cases in Nepalgunj today.

The coronavirus focal person of Banke District Health Office Naresh Shreshtha  further informed that newly found cases include doctor and lab technician as well.

He further told that the new cases were found in the swab tested in Bheri Hospital  Nepalgunj and Bageswori lab. The tests in Bheri Hospital showed 27 new cases whereas the swab tested in Bageswori Lab came out with 2 coronavirus positive reports.

Banke district discharged 40 persons from quarantine and isolation centers. With this the number of discharged cases in the district has reached 1036.
