Coronavirus cases reach 1,681 in Gandaki Pradesh with 21 new cases



KATHMANDU: As many as 21 people including 20 from Tanahun district have tested positive for coronavirus in Gandaki Pradesh on Friday morning.

According to a press note issued by the Ministry of Social Development of  Gandaki Pradesh,  21 people including 15 men and six women have been infected with the virus.

Of them, 14 males and six females are from Bhanu-1, Tanahun and one male from Putalibazaar, Syangja. The new cases were confirmed during PCR tests at the laboratory of Regional Tuberculosis Center, Pokhara, according to the Ministry.

With this, the number of coronavirus cases has reached 1,681 in Gandaki Pradesh.
