Evacuation flight to Saudi Arabia postponed

KATHMANDU: An evacuation flight of Himalaya Airlines scheduled for Tuesday to Dammam, Saudi Arabia has been postponed.

According to the information provided by Himalaya Airlines to the Nepalese Embassy, the flight has been postponed until further notice.

Nepali citizens were preparing to return home through the flight.

The airline stated that it will inform about the new flight date and new airfare in another notice.

The Nepalese Embassy in Riyadh has requested not to carry out the RDT or PCR tests required for air travel immediately.
