COVID-19 death toll in UK climbs to 32, 692



KATHMANDU: The death toll in the United Kingdom (UK) from Coronavirus pandemic has reached 32, 692 after 627 died in the last 24 hours.

According to Worldometer, with 3, 403 new cases, the number of infection cases has surged to 226, 463 as of Wednesday morning.

Currently, 193, 427 people are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 1, 559 are critical.   UK has performed tests on 2,007,146 people so far.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 212 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 292,403 and infecting 4,337,104  people as of Wednesday morning.
