Clash at Nepal-India border as APF stops intruders



SIRAHA: When Armed Police Force deployed at Nepal India border tried to prevent the Indians enter Nepal, there has been a clash at Soharba checkpoint, Siraha on Monday.

One constable of APF Nepal is injured when a clash broke while trying to prevent the Indians enters Nepal during the lockdown at a checkpoint at Siraha-19, Soharba.

After an Indian trying to enter Nepal was stopped entering Nepal on Monday morning, he went back to call more and came with more than 20 people soon.

According to APF’s SP Pravin Kandel, the Indians pelted stones coming entering the Nepal side injuring constable Rajan Kumar Chaudhary badly.

SP Kandel informed that one of the protestors has been taken under control.

According to the sources, the Indian under control is Mohan Kumar Yadav from Mahuliya, India who works at 672 battalion of border Indian Border Security Force.
