BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister of State-1 Sherdhan Rai has announced that the State-1 was preparing to organize an Investment Conference while developing a list of the game-changer projects in the state.

Rai said that federalism was an opportunity for Nepal adding that consumption of some time for its management and implementation was quite natural.

Rai has stated that Nepal’s federalism was based on its own specialties and formulation of major laws and necessary structures were prepared during the past two years.

Viewing that lack of human resources in the state was a problem, Rai argued that such a problem would be resolved soon in the context that the state public service commission has been formed.

The state government has unveiled a five-year periodic plan, a 10-year road master plan and works were on progress for small irrigation, urban development, tourism master plan and some others.
