TEHRATHUM: Three girls have drowned in a pond in Chhathar Rural Municipality-6, Sudap of the district.
The deceased have been identified as Ranjana, 7, and Rojani, 6, daughters of Kopila Limbu and Suhana, 8, daughter of Devendra Limbu, according to Ward Chairman Tekraj Angkhewa.
The body is being taken to the District Hospital, Myanglung for postmortem, according to the District Police Office.
