307 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU, 66 on ventilator support



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population has said that 307 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 66 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 39 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 20 in Province 2, 169 in Bagmati Province, six in Gandaki Province, 50 in Lumbini Province, 19 in Karnali Province, and four in Sudurpaschim Province.

Spokesperson Dr. Gautam also said that five in Province 1, 57 in Bagmati, and four in Lumbini Province are on the ventilator support.
