32 including 16 NA personnel test COVID-19 positive in Gandaki

POKHARA: A total of 32 individuals including 16 personnel of Nepal Army (NA) have been diagnosed coronavirus positive in Gandaki Province on Sunday morning.

Tests conducted at the Tuberculosis Treatment Center, Pokhara and Chitwan Medical College, Chitwan, found the new cases, according to Gandaki Province Directorate of Health.

The directorate added that 16 army personnel of Sundarbazar-9 in Lamjung were found to be positive. Preparations are being made to take them to the isolation center.

The number of coronavirus cases in Gandaki has reached 2,935 with fresh cases.
