TU not to conduct exams



KATHMANDU: The Tribhuvan University (TU) said it would not conduct its postponed and scheduled exams for the time being.

According to Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi, though the University was preparing to conduct the semester-based exams from the 1st of September and annual based exams from mid-September, they were postponed for time being due to increasing threat of pandemic.

He said that the exams would be conducted only after the situation turns to normalcy and the concerned Dean Offices will make appropriate decisions to this effect.

Meanwhile, the TU is has been publishing the results of different semesters, levels and years of different faculties during the ongoing lockdown.

Joshi added that only eight exams conducted before lockdown are waiting for result publication.
