Sudarshan Khadka appointed as parliament secretary

KATHMANDU: Joint Secretary Sudarshan Khadka has been appointed to the post of Secretary at the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

Khadka, who joined the public service commission in 2051 BS, has been appointed to the post as per the decision of the Secretariat and Operation and Management of the Parliament chaired by Speaker of the House of Representatives Agni Prasad Sapkota.

With the appointment of Dr Bharat Raj Gautam as the General Secretary to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, one of the two posts of secretaries was lying vacant.

Khadka has already served as the secretary of House of Representatives, Industry, Commerce, and Labor and Consumers Committee.
