KATHMANDU: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari is presenting the government’s annual policy and program at 4 pm on Friday.
The government has already finalized the same for the next fiscal year 2020/21.
A meeting of the cabinet held on Tuesday decided that President Bhandari would address a joint meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the National Assembly (NA) on Friday.
