Shree Airlines aircraft brings NA Lt. Col Bishta’s body from Sudan



KATHMANDU: An aircraft of Shree Airlines has brought a dead body of a Nepal Army official from Sudan on Sunday morning.

The aircraft that flew for Sudan on Saturday landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) at around 8 am this morning.

Nepal Army Lt. Colonel Ridesh Bishta had died of a cardiac arrest while serving in the Sudan Mission on March 17.

Bishta had been serving in the United Nations Mission in Sudan as Staff Officer for the last nine months.
