GORKHA: A district leader of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested.
Police nabbed Gorkha District member of the outfit Om Prakash Gurung on Saturday night.
42-year-old Gurung hails from Palungtar Municipality-7, Chyangli, police said, adding that further investigation was underway.
