Westerly wind likely to cause light rain and snowfall



KATHMANDU: The weather will remain partly to generally cloudy throughout the country with chances of light rain at one or two places of hilly region in Province 1.

Similarly, light snowfall is likely in the western high mountainous region, according to the weather bulletin issued by Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) on Saturday morning.

Likewise, the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy in Province 1, Province 2 and Bagmati Province and hilly regions of the rest of the province with chances of light rain at one or two places of Province 1 and snowfall at some places of the high mountainous regions tonight.

Currently, the wind containing vapour from the south eastern Arabian Sea and westerly wind are blowing into Nepal.
