KATHMANDU: The government has appointed Raghu Bhandari as the Acting Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on November 5 decided to appoint former Major General Bhandari for two years with effect from October 29.
Similarly, the meeting promoted five Lieutenant Colonels including Lieutenant Colonel Manoj Thapa.
The meeting decided to transfer five Colonels including Colonel Mohan Chhetri.
