India records over 67,757 COVID-19 cases, 813 deaths in a single day

KATHMANDU: India recorded 67,757 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 7,119,300.

Currently, 863,689 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 6,146,427 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 109,000-mark.

With 813 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 109,184, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
