Woman injured as gas cylinder goes off



KATHMANDU: A person has sustained injuries after a cooking gas cylinder exploded at Kageshwari Manohara municipality-9 in Kathmandu district on Saturday morning.

The injured is 48-year-old Mira Joshi, according to SSP Shyam Gyawali of Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu.

Gyawali said the injured has been taken to Kirtipur Hospital for treatment.

The cooking gas cylinder exploded in the house of Pushpa Ojha, a local, at 6 am today.

Police said they are investigating the case.
