30 coronavirus patients recover in Jhapa



SUNSARI: As many as 30 people infected with coronavirus from Jhapa district have returned home after recovery.

They were discharged from Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences on Thursday.

This is the fifth group to have returned home from the isolation ward of the Institute.

According to Dr Dinesh Sapkota, spokesperson of the Institute, those discharged were in the age group ranging from 18 to 45.

Earlier, 150 were discharged from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences.

Currently, there are only 34 coronavirus patients in the isolation. Of them eight were admitted on Wednesday. Their health condition is normal, according to Dr Sapkota.
