India records over 74,000 COVID-19 cases, 921 deaths in a single day



KATHMANDU: India recorded 74,535 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 7,051,543.

Currently, 868,309 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 6,074,863 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 108,000-mark.

With 921 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 108,371, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
