KATHMANDU: The COVID-19 health crisis has increased people’s stress levels resulting to irregular sleeping pattern, bad food habits affecting both physical and mental health.

According to experts the food people eat is the most contributing factor to develop a strong and holistic immune system.

However, people tend to become more concerned about the quality and nature of food they consume.
