Mother, two sons die as mobile phone explodes

TAMIL NADU: Three people died after a mobile set on charge exploded in Taminadu State of India.

The deceased are a mother and two sons.

According to Indian media, 29-year-old Mathulaxmi was talking over the phone while being charged when the mobile set suddenly went off.

The explosion occurred as soon as the call was dropped, sparking fire that the claimed lives of Mathulaxmi as well as her sons.

Critically injured, the mother and sons died while being rushed to a hospital.
