Man who stayed in quarantine dies in Tanahun

TANAHUN: A man who had stayed at a quarantine center in the district has died while being taken for treatment.

The deceased has been identified as Ram Bahadur Shrestha, 66, who had been staying at the quarantine set up at Saradha College in Bhanu Municipality-2.

According to Chief District Officer of Tanahun, Badrinath Adhikari, Shrestha died on the way to Pokhara for treatment.

Swab sample of the deceased has been collected for a coronavirus test.

The India returnee had been suffering from asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and paralysis.
