BAITADI: A cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has landed in police net.
Police have arrested Karan Airee aka Karnali, 32, of Sittad in Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-6 of the district.
Baitadi Police Spokesperson Gauri Prasad Jaisi said that Airee is a member of the village committee of the banned group, adding that he was nabbed for running a donation drive.
He has been kept in the custody of Patan Area Police Office for further investigation.
