Banks, financial institutions across country to open from today



KATHMANDU: Banks and financial institutions across the country will be operational from Sunday.

Branches of banks and financial institutions across the country will be opened as per the decision of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday.

The government had decided to let the operation of the service through banks and financial institutions, insurance, securities and government institutions by deploying one-thirds employees.

Branches of all banks and financial institutions will be operational from Sunday after adopting the health security standards based on the decision.
