Bangladeshi Army Chief Ahmed calls on Prez Bhandari, PM Oli

KATHMANDU: Visiting Bangladeshi Army Chief Aziz Ahmed on Monday called on President Bidya Devi Bhandari at Sheetal Niwas, the President’s Office.

According to Nepal Army Directorate of Public Relations, Bangladeshi Army Chief Ahmed also paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Oli at prime minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

He also visited the NA training center in Panchkhal.

Ahmed arrived in Kathmandu on Friday on a five-day official visit to Nepal at the invitation of Nepal Army Chief Purna Chandra Thapa.

He will be returning home on Tuesday.
